Ok, so I'm still not interested in stepping on a scale or entering my food journal again. But, I'm still feeling great about myself, and exercising 6 days a week. I am running another 5K on Saturday, and going for under 27:00 once again. I have a vacation at the end of June, and I'm planning on trying to watch my eating a little better in the month of June as well as keep up my exercise to see if maybe I could drop a couple of pounds before that. But I will be starting another clinical rotation then, so we'll see how that schedule works out for a diet and exercise. I'm going to do my best. If exercise is more difficult, I'll make up for it by eating less. So now for a good weekend, and a good race!
