Another good day for me mentally. I am positive when my eating is "controlled". I had two people come up to me at work and say, "Girl, what are you doing to lose weight? You are looking great!" One was a male. That made my day. These positive reinforcements are wonderful and necessary. I at first wanted to tell them that I still had a long way to go, but remembered to say thank you and celebrate the success!!!!
