It's a bit difficult to get meals in between school, work, and taking care of the munchkin, not to mention other stress factors influencing my appetite. Then the whole dissociative body image comes into play, and the caloric intake plummets. However, I've been relatively successful at eating healthy alternatives to junk food. Now I just need to eat more in general.

I am a bit proud of myself, though; when I began bicycling, I could barely make it ten minutes, and now I easily go for one or two hour long rides, munchkin in his seat. It's quite fun. And gives you wicked legs.
