FDOE (full day of eating) 1200 calories
1200 calories... "The magic number" i thought would get me to my goals, but .. 🚫i lost my energy 🚫loss muscle mass 🚫loss my PERIOD 🚫decreased my metabolism 🚫thinking about food 24/7 1200 is NOT enough for ME or YOU. Even as a 158cm women i still need way more than that, to average woman needs 1200 cals/day just at rest without doing anything, not to mention exercise, walk, cooking, etc all take MORE energy, basically in a coma. Reality is, not eating enough cals hurts my body, i lost my PERIOD, screws up my metabolism and messed up my weight loss goals. My mindset and goal at the beginning causes me to fear a certain food and restrict, yes im happy seeing number on the scales continues to drop out but i lost my PERIOD, instead of building a stronger body im putting it in a DANGER. And i realize i couldn't live like that anymore. I said YES to recovery and got my PERIOD back after 7 months of recovery. I get to exercise with more ENERGY, exercising is no longer a punishment but it become a part of my life, food no longer scares me. And i feel ✨ALIVE✨
So, "Just because 1200 calories can WORK for your weight loss doesn't mean 1200 calories is BEST for your body"🙆🏻♀️
