So not to blame my family for me being fat because I am not that way but I had a realy good day and followed my diet well all day until I got home. First of all I did not get a chance to exercise when I got home because we left for my dad's house to go to dinner for my stepmom's birthday. Then when we got there I was told that they were ordering pizza, which I ate. All in all the two things that I am fighting against eat less and exercise more. Why is breaking this cycle so hard? On a brighter note my wife told me that my son has lost 7 lbs in the last three months after I asked her if she thought he looked like he was getting taller. I hope today will be a better day.
