Wow, I'm really thrilled about how full I stay when I eat enough fiber! I have heard that so many times, but it's true! Thanks for suggesting that I increase my fiber Eva. :)

Awesome! When it comes to nutrition, fiber usually isn't talked about so much. Fiber usually gets a bad rap pertaining to gas build up in the body. However, fiber is one of the most important nutrients the body can get. You can eat a little and feel just as full as you would if you ate a large meal. It also does wonders in flushing out dangerous toxins & bacteria that build up in the body.

Pking is right. They dont call it 'natures broomstick' for nothing. lol fiber is amazing, especially the fiber in whole grain products like bread, oats, and pasta- that keeps me full more than anything because those carbs are broken down at a slow and steady pace. They keep my blood sugar nice and level, which means my energy is nice and even. so enjoy carbs!
