Started a juice fast 3 days ago, as of yesterday I'm down 4 pounds. Going to try to go for 2 weeks. Hoping it is easier to lose with a "clean start". I'm sure it will be. I've done this before, I should know how by now. Thinking about going back to vegetarian. I know it is so much healthier. But so much more expensive it seems. How come you never see coupons for buy one get one free fresh vegetables? But you can buy all kinds of junk that way. GRRRR!!!
