Today is my first day with Fat Secret. I'm not super overweight, but have had a big belly and not looked good in a bathing suit for over 20 years. I have very high cholesterol, considering my 2 favorite foods are butter and salt. I need to get fit, and am finally at a point where I have time and determination to do so. :)
