Diario de J-Bird, 04 mar. 11

I LOVE this website!!!! Love it love it love it!!! My only problem is that I'm not good with variety. Too many options confuse me. I go into some type of overload and shut down. I'm learning about cottage cheese and yogurt, something called quinoa, and applesause for half the oil. So many things. Where do I begin?

One step at a time. It's a process. ;) You'll get there. Start by creating yourself different meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm fasting now, but I'm trying to narrow down my choices for meals to try so I can go shopping. The last thing I want is to be unprepared and end up having to eat what's available...and we know the most convenient stuff is usually the bad stuff. So I wanna plan my meals for the week, even if I end up having the same thing a few times. But sooooooo many great sounding recipes to choose from. But I'll get it together.
