Busy last four days. Long holiday weekend. Followed plan, but did not journal food. I am a little discouraged because my weight has not changed for the last 5 weeks other than to fluctuate between 279 and 283.6. Maybe I am taking in too few or too many calories. I would think that the weight would be dropping off by now. Any input would be great.

Mary you should be proud of yourself for the changes that your are making. I know that I'm proud of you. This is just a suggestion but maybe you are eating some items that have hidden carbs. When on induction one should limit the use of processed meats also. Hope that this helps you my friend.
