Busy last four days. Long holiday weekend. Followed plan, but did not journal food. I am a little discouraged because my weight has not changed for the last 5 weeks other than to fluctuate between 279 and 283.6. Maybe I am taking in too few or too many calories. I would think that the weight would be dropping off by now. Any input would be great.
