Diario de loosinisfun, 27 mar. 09

goooooood friday morning everyone!!!!...i want to thank everyone for all the comments, suggestions, and ideas over the last months/years...as most of you have noticed its been getting harder for me to find time to be on here like i once was...not sure if its cause of my lack in staying focused with my eating an exercising, or if its just journey burnout...but ive noticed it and cant seem to fix it...i do for a few days an then i feel like im in the same rut...my walkin routine is suffering, some of that is due to im just to tired to get my walking in..my food is mostly good till supper time an then its like im to tired to really care...even journaling isnt what it use to be....never enough time in a day anymore...and with summer gettin closer, im sure it will get worse....i havnt gave up on my journey...just finding it harder to stay on a regular routine like i once did...

I guess the "fat" secret is not to let yourself get so tired. Rest up a bit. Then re-arrange your routine so that your routine does not become your rut. You are one of the individuals who ENCOURAGED ME to try LOTS of DIFFERENT kinds of exercise. Maybe something altogether different like swimming or something else. I don't know. Just trying to help. Good luck Mr. Fun. We don't want to lose you!

Good morning. I think most of us who are here for the long haul go through exactly what you describe and its not easy but we know that if we want to achieve our final goal this is the best way (with our FS friends) to do it. Sometimes I think its boredom with the routine of what we're doing and the old way of eating to give yourself a boost is no longer available. How can we help you to get your va va voom back? Its almost spring and the sap is rising - there are lots of us out here in the same boat so lets refocus and have a better bod to get out in the summer sun. Hugs :)

Cobra and Flax are right. You have been a great inspiration to me for the short time I've been on here. I haven't been in the game long enough to give advice, but I wish you well on this journey.

Mike I think a lot of us are in the same boat you're in. Especially me with the dinner thing. I do so well during the day and sometimes at dinner I figure, what the hell. We need to get our fire back...maybe a break is what we all need to get a dose of reality.
