I start fasting tonight for some blood work tomorrow morning. I've got a dr appointment Thursday that I'm actually looking forward to. Since my last visit with the dr I've lost 36 pounds!!! My numbers have got to be better this time (they were pretty bad last time). If they're not, it sure won't be from lack of effort on my part. :)
