Hello world, I am feeling great today. Not sure why but I am. Eating is going well, water is going great, and the exercise it starting to improve. Maybe it is because spring is just around the corner, the snow is starting to melt and all feels right with the world. I am feeling HAPPY

Hi~ I just joing fatsecret and already am frustrated!! Maybe you can help me out... you seem so upbeat and happy! :) I am getting my pages set up and when I try to enter into my fooddiary, NOTHING. It is so frustrating. I keep getting a page that says there is an unexpected error. Am I doing something wrong? I am a 39yr old mother of 3 (19, 17 and 14). I am looking to be happy when spring gets here, by loosing around 20-30 pounds. Can you help me figure out how to enter this stuff??

Hi Getinthere!
I can try to help you... I assume you are starting on your "my fatsecret" personal page (2nd tab over on the top of screen) and clicking on "enter food" in the right hand column (diet calendar).
You should then be able to click "add entry" for the appropriate date. once you've added your food you should see it appear on the page. If this is the point where you are getting an error, I recommend rebooting your computer and starting again from scratch. I've never had this particular problem but have had other similar ones that seem to clear up after a reboot.
