Hello to all you happy heallthy people, well i am in my element with calories this week, hoping to shift at least 5 pounds this week!!! Loving my 5 pints of water and portion controlled meals!!! Burning far more than i am consuming and very upbeat about life in general, we havent found new employment yet where we are relocating however theres lots of jobs where we are going so remaining positive!!!!
