Weight didn't drop today as much as I'd anticipated given yesterday's high intense workout and perfect carbs-count. I did have some coffee in the late evening, and my sleep cycle was a little disrupted, so I'm hoping it was water retention to be washed out by tomorrow.

I have been feeling very thirsty the last two days, especially today. I am going to cut down my coffee to no more than 1 cup daily and see what happens.

My brunch this morning was the usual scrambled eggs but for some reason I felt incredibly, uncomfortably full. I did have some water, but didn't eat anything until late afternoon/early evening.

Food:
breakfast: scrambled eggs with veggies, cheese, and meatless crumbles (7)
coffee with cream (2)
later: coffee with cream (3)
almonds (3)
laughing cow swiss cheese (1)
pepper jack cheese (0)
no dinner: I was feeling a little sick, acidic, and too full still..so skipped the dinner!
Total: 16 carbs

Workout: Felt tired today. Really had to push to even get the basics down. Couldn't run much...would start getting winded within 2 mins! Did just 1 5-min run. Overall worked on more miles than usual (about 16 miles or so?), and about average calories (750 cal or so)
workout 1: 30 mins bike, 7.22 miles, 106 calories
30 mins elliptical, 2.15 miles, 215 calories

workout 2:
10 mins bike, 2.97 miles, 42 calories
50 mins treadmill, 3.5 or so miles, 356 calories

No weights, and no abs-work. GOTTA PUSH MYSELF TOMORROW!!!!!

Totals: over 2 hours, 16 miles, 730 calories

I expect to see some weight loss tomorrow, dammit! It's been a perfect day!
