Good morning to all!!
Bouncing today, completed an hour of cardio combat and feel fabtastic!!! Still drinking the 4 pints of water a day and sticking to the healthy balanced meals, lighter lunch so i can enjoy our home cooked dinners in the evening!!! Have cut right down on alcohol and am walking to work again so all is good!! Everynes journals are great, lets all keep up the good work!!!! TTFN
