Yes Qq4q5372dg, one thing that changed everything was when I started cycling my carbs. Monday and Tuesday is low carb days, Wednesdays High carb, Thursday and Friday low carb again and Saturday and Sunday it's high carb again.
Try eating clean, you can eat more if you eat clean. Make sure you get enough protein in per day. 1g of protein for every pound of body weight. (If you weigh 90kg you take 90 x 2.2 = 200, then you should get 200g of protein in per day. Consistency wins the game.....Hope this helps :)
