I feel the muscle strength of my shoulders is coming back, and the numbness of my right arm is almost disappeared. It is still slightly there. I have an appointment of MRI and X-ray on my neck next week to make sure there is nothing wrong, and I hope there is nothing wrong.

I want to buy a new pair of shoes for my indoor exercise, but the shoes on sale are usually running shoes. I notice that running shoes is a little uncomfortable to do aerobics workouts, like FIRM DVDs I'm using, because they support too stiff for the side-moves. I need to find a good pair of training shoes on sale.
