I can't help but crow. I've lost 4 pounds the past month, even though I had no time for exercise and there were a number of times when I was not exactly on the straight and narrow. It makes me feel like I'm really doing this, that I really CAN do this, and I'm thrilled. I did three full circuits at Curves today and I feel great. Whoopee. In another few months, I'll be shopping in the non-plus-size department. I'll be able to find clothes my size at Marshall's. Silly as that sounds, it's a real landmark for me.
