Still no pop for me, I was supposed to treat myself on Saturday, but it did not even sound good to me. Yuck. I was in a little bit of a slump last week with staying at the same weight, but my body seems to be back on track agian, I have changed my diet a little and modified my intake daily. I am doing a calorie curve, Monday 1200 Tuesday 1500 Wed 1200 Thursday 1400 Friday 1800 Saturday 2000 Sunday 1500. This gives me a little more freedom in the weekends, plus I can cheat with out really cheating. I have been fighting water weight though, so I have started drinking more water and going to try at lease one cup of green tea a day.
