no weigh in for me today for no other reason than i know I've eaten too much this weekend 😂😂. I would like to share though that I have just managed to complete the first run on week 4 of c25k. 2 weeks ago I tried this and failed miserably, I took a step back repeated week 3 and then tried again and succeeded.

just remember sometimes you need to take a step back in order to move forwards.

All I can say is 6 weeks ago I could barely run a bath 😂😂😂 Just stick with it any you will get there, if you find a week is impossible then repeat the previous week then try again. I'm sure you will do fab 😀
