My puter has been down for almost 2 weeks now. I have done quite well keeping to healthy eating habits. I am one of those who LOVES rich, creamy chocolate but I can not eat much or else I sweat & feel notious... and I do LOVE bread & bread products !!! That is where the pounds could come rolling in. So I know my strengths & weaknessesWith that said I will not have any more fudge or rumballs today... ;) and I will start to keep track of my eating habits. I am so glad that this is available to us. I can actually look at the amounts of carbs vs proteins and I like the basic excersize journal as well. It really helps to keep the motivation(s) flowing. BUT... now I will start to feel a bit more conscience of the "Christmas Goodies" but I will be the better for it when the holidays are past us. *GOD BLESS to ALL*
