Feeling great i have lost a total of 22lbs since i started Medifast 7 weeks ago. My original goal was to lose 70lbs and get to a goal weight of 150 (my lowest ever weight) but now i think i would like to lose a total of 85lbs. It seems doable now and it never really seemed like i could do it before. I would highly recommend Medifast to anyone who like me has tried every diet available. Finally carrying around all my excess baby and pre baby weight will be gone for good. Take shape for life is working for me!!!
