day 515...GOOOD MORNING GIRLS AN BOYS!!!!....just wakin up ...50 outside this morning...didnt sleep good last night...phone woke me up late last night an i was awake for about 4 hours before i finally got bck to sleep...so runnin behind just alittle ...means less internet time this morning before my walk...was gonna just take the day off, but instead gonna go for a walk anyways...been tryin to get 10,000 steps in a day ...did 11808 yesterday...just tryin to get as many steps in each day as i can...have been reading alot lately, and cardio along with core exercises are the best for workin off the flab around the stomach...so i been challanging myself each day with the use of my pedometer to walk more steps..and to do floor exercises i have an ab cruncher that i bout at wally world several months ago that makes doing crunches easier...and i also do leg lifts and try to add more onto that everyday...was also reading that you need to change your routine every 4 weeks to keep that body from gettin use to the same workout routine...im still doing weights, but have takin time off for a few days ..read that takin time off will give your muscles the time they need to heal...no wonder ther are so many books, ebooks, and articles on the internet about how to get the weight off...cause its no easy task...and cause everyone is different...what works for one, doesnt always work for the next person...i have also been joggin in the afternoons inside the gym where no one can see me..as my jog is a fast walk ...lol...im up to almost 2 laps around the gym before i have to stop an go bck to walking, but each day i do it , the amount of runnin i do increases...and thats a new challange completed...well almost 7am...an im about an hour behind on when i usually go for my walk...so hope you all are doing great!!!!....keep that body guessing!!!...catch you all later...

It's fifty degrees already! I thought it was colder than that. You are my thermostat - Mr. Fun. I check the temperature with you on the weekends to determine how cold my ourdoor exercise will be. Let's have a good one -- okay? OKAY!

I'mwith you there. Its still so cold here in Scotland. The hsil that fell yesterday is still lying about. Curling up in a warm bed seems inviting
