My walking partner had some horrible leg pain the last couple of days that I had to walk home and get the car because she could not walk. She lives with chronic pain but that does not stop her from at least giving it her all. She is a true inspiration. The rain will be coming soon here in Portland OR and I ordered two long rain jackets and reflector tape now that it is so dark out when we walk. I am going to keep up with the walking even if my walking partner can not some days. To much benefits and I have come so far. When I started I could only manage ten minutes now I am up to 45-50. It is good for my heart and physical and mental health.

Yesterday I figured out a weekly routine and I am very proud of it. I added a few stretches and also Wii exercises I have the Wii fit and a Wii Walk it Out. I want to get a dance one for the Wii but just have not gotten around to getting one.

I do not like the scale right now but I do like the fact that my waist line is slimming down. My shorts are beginning to fall off and I bought some new pants. I lost a couple of inches. Yay! Last year I could not fit into any of my jeans and have been afraid to try them on but I think since I had to buy some smaller size pants I might just fit into my jeans which would be so awesome. I know the scale is taking in the fact that I am gaining muscle which I don't mind since I am losing fat but those dang numbers get to me when I see them increase.
