okay it's a little surreal for me right now, I keep getting on the scale about 3 times every time I weigh myself in because I can't believe the numbers. This June I was 342 pounds and today I am 289. I want to cry, okay so, I did cry. I'm just so excited and I'm really proud of myself! I guess a little bit of dedication and hard work really do go a long way.
