Okay, it's the end of day seven and I am craving all the things that I should not eat right now. It's all I can do to keep from cheating at this point. I am not sure what happened to me, but I am hanging on by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin.

I'm cheating a little right now to keep my sanity and having some yogurt with an egg white. It's a cheat because it's past 9pm and I am eating something that's not a fruit or vegetable and this yogurt serving will be my third today. But I have to do something, my husband who never craves sweets just walked by looking for some chocolate to eat. Maybe it's in the air!

LOL...hang in there, you are doing great and your cheat, was a good cheat...so you are still doing great! I actually learned that if you have a craving for something you are better off to just eat a VERY SMALL portion of it then to deprive yourself, because if you don't give in you may blow it completely! But you are doing fantastic and have nothing to worry about!
