I was semi-bad this weekend. Friday night I didn't eat right. We went out and I had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes & gravy and texas toast. I ordered a non sweet tea but the waitress messed up and I ended up with sweet tea. I finished Friday up with white chocolate macadamia nut cookies from subway. I was good Saturday and Sunday but Sunday night I ate about 10 carbs worth of puffy cheetos - stupid stupid. I hadn't had many carbs yesterday so cheetos & all I only had about 25 carbs but still, they were the wrong kind of carbs and I shouldnt have ate them. I'm only up about 1/2 a pound. School is kicking my butt! I worked Sat morn setting up an office in my bedroom and it is so nice to have a quiet place to study now. Allergies were awful this weekend. Spent the rest of Saturday lounging in my pj's doing homework - it was nice!

So happy you got your electrical problems fixed I have been praying every day about you and your family's safety.

I think it might Andrea. I dont know if it is so much that it starts a craving, but it gets easier and easier to cheat after I cheat. I haven't noticed any bad cravings, but eating alot of carbs or a big meal makes me sick to my stomach, bloated, indegestion etc.
