I was getting really frustrated with myself becuase I though I was in a major plateau but I'm not. I mean it's only been 2 days without any weight loss. I don't know why but last night was hard for me. I was stressed out and a little sad and I just wanted to eat something bad for me. I am glad I held out because it would have only made me feel worse had I cheated. I was just thinking I will go for a walk after work. I looked out my window and it's snowing!!! I will probably just curl up in a blanket and watch American Idol. Maybe laughter will burn some fat! :)

Don't give up...the weight will come off! BTW-I don't blame you about staying in while it snows...I would hybernate! LOL...I think snow is pretty but its too cold...brrrr.

I've been feeling a bit like that. Indulge yourself to a nice curl up on the sofa with some good junk television. My top snack is cheese cubed up and some nuts. pop them on a nice small plate. try drinking your favorite allowed drink from a nice glass. settle down and relax. Take some time out, you've been doing well. Treat yourself to some down time!

SLEEP, I know when I crave it's because I'm tired or not drinking water. Your doing so well. It's just about 30 days for you.
