Started wearing my heart rate monitor during the day today just to see what my daily activities (housecleaning, food prep, etc.) contribute to calories being burned.
I've been awake 2.5 hours and have burned about 360 calories. Interesting to see what's going on.
Been sticking to my new eating habits - not a lick of any junk food in the house, unless I want to eat Chocolate Chips. Not gonna happen!
Will eventually head out for a bike ride.
