Guess what I saw last night that was almost melt-down worthy???!! ...................... A Cadberry Egg. OOOOOHHH Heaven!!! I looked at the box 25 carbs for one egg. For those of you who dont know what I am talking about a Cadberry Egg comes out around easter with all the holiday candy. It is a chocolate egg about the size of a real egg and in the center is some type of super sweet creamy vanilla flavored Cream. They are SO GOOD! I am sorry to talk about this kind of stuff. I dont want to make anyone feel weak. I didn't buy it but I wanted it BAD! Being good is paying off though. This morning I was dark dark purple on my keto stick. I don't think I have ever registered that much in ketosis before. I don't like to count 1/2 of pounds but I have lost another 1/2 a pound. I did buy some Atkins brand Chocolate Chip Breakfast Bars. They aren't half bad. They are made from soy nuggets & fake chocolate I guess. It even says on the box that they are appropriate for phase 1. If I eat it fast and pretend like it is a rice crispy bar covered in chocolate it's pretty good. Sorry to ramble on forever. Thanks to all of you....you keep me going.

thanks for making me laugh this morning! OH... how I love those little eggs too! LOL... Wow that's alot of carbs! heheheh... I eat Atkins bars too. I love the cocunut one covered in chocolate. makes me feel like i'm eating a Mounds bar. All it needs is an almond since I "feel like a nut" more than i dont! hahahah... (I'm an Almond Joy fan myself!) hahaha keep up the good work and pat yourself on the back for not buying or eating that EGG!!

I found mine at Walgreens - I would think that most large chain Pharmacys would have them.

I know the feeling of the Cadberry eggs, I have been trying to stay out of the stores or away from the candy isle but if I see those someone better smack my hand because there won't be any stopping me. The good thing is you can buy only one for a cheat! of course it would be your cheat for a month!!!!

Walmart carries them as well, i like the peanut butter granola bars. Good job resisting the eggs - those evil things!

Cadbury is the number 1 chocolate here in Britain. The shopping aisles are stacked high with them! I've just been keeping my head down and walking VERY QUICKLY past them! I'm promising myself a chocolate fest on Easter Sunday. If i can last that long without one i think i deserve it! Cadbury eggs are Fab! Just say NO! (for now!!!)

I get my bars at Wal-Mart. they are by the vitamins, not the diet food for some reason. I usually find many Atkins products there. Also the vitamin Shop has quite a bit of Atkins products.
