Today 8/25/10 I signed up for fatsecret. I feel tired because my period will be coming and I started college so I need to eat healthy so I don't poop out in college and all my studies, I also want to maintain my weight training and cardio because I need it now more than ever. When I PMS I just want to eat and always think of food and don't know how to stop sometimes. I hate that. I don't want to eat when I'm bored or emotional or tired, I want to learn again how to eat only when I'm hungry. 3100 calories is a lot of calories in one day, but I am weight training 4 days out of the week and will begin to walk. I want to take this journey one day at a time, and if I slip, I want to pick myself up and not feel guilty if I do.

Hi Linda, Hope all is feeling better this Sunday. Hopefully I will see you sometime this week. My Stair Master is still broken but the other one has been fixed so I am happy at least one is fixed. I'll be at the gym most likely Tuesday thru Friday next week. Take it easy. TOWANDA!!
