Diario de Attenuate, 23 ago. 10

I should probably check my temp to see if I have a fever... lol. It's Monday and I'm totally excited about the new week. My homework is finished and I'm prepared for my classes. My running is going great and rather than feeling like I'm having a heart attack after, I feel like I can do anything. I even managed to catch up on things around the house this weekend. Usually when Monday comes I feel like I have to go from first gear to fourth... but this week, I'm on top of things and ready for it. I'm working on not only dropping a few extra pounds but more so a healthier lifestyle. Mine, compared to most, really isn't horrible but I know I can do so much better for myself and my family. I've been sort of neglectful of personal health and wellness since we've gotten the house earlier this year... Guess, I've been more concerned with the house's wellness and let mine sit idle. No more of that... I want to help myself so that I am better to help others...
