This month's weight change with TOM was really a lot. Then, my husband wanted to go Outback last night, so here I am... I checked my weight this morning, but I won't record it here... I did on my calendar to remind it to myself though. Since the surgery, weight change around TOM is really big. The only thing I can do is that not being discourage and keep doing workout and eating healthier food. The latter is not closely followed this last few days, so I really need to pay attention. I don't want this weight gain to stay; I want it to be temporary gain.
