Back from vacation. It was great fun, but good to be home. I was disappointed I gained, but glad it wasn't that much. Sunday's are always a hard day to come back because our traditional Sunday breakfast here at home is eggs and toast and orange juice, and those points add up quickly. It's a 6 point breakfast instead of what I try to keep it at, 3-4. But my mental game remains intact, I had a good time it was a nice break from counting points, and I didn't feel the need to go overboard while away, a huge plus, and feel like I'm right back in the healthy eating mindset. I attribute much of the encouragement to this website, it's been great and I've met some awesome supportive people! Thanks everyone!!! Hope this next week is good for all of us!!!
