So today is not exactly what I'd call a superb day. I'm not feeling well. Emotionally I'm well, but I'm feeling sick. I shall take it easy. I've done 140 crunches but because I'm feeling weird I'm going to spread it out. I also have ballet class tonight. I participate in an Adult/Teen Recreational Ballet Class at a local ballet school for off ice training and workout benefits. I'm getting more flexible as well as toned. This is superb.
