Still feeling very celebration like. I have a feeling I will reach my goal very shortly. Maybe by next week I'll be 113. If that's the case I will try to drop 3 more pounds. We'll see though.
After eating a healthy hearty meal I did 200 crunches and now I'm just relaxing. Later this morning I will do my walking. I have skate practice about 6 or so miles away. I don't have my license yet so I will take a bus to Hanover which is 4 miles and then 2 miles to the rink walking.
Then I have class tonight and I will walk myself there. And probably back no doubt. So yeah got it all planned out. Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow though. Probably the usual- 200 crunches.
I will have to plan out my lunch- probably another fishstick salad with ketchup and hot sauce with some spice, fruit, crackers and veggies.
BTW I have a new trick for enjoying meals- eat your meals with chopsticks. Your brain registers the food better so you don't pig out later.
