It has been a while since I recorded what i have eaten and exercised. I have also not been weighing in. This is the story of my life and the battle that I have fought for many years. I have realized that I need to record everything I eat and be consistent at weighing in. I have decided to track what i eat this week and weigh in again next Monday. Wish me luck to get back on track.
