Well, I got a call this afternoon and they FINALLY moved me to a different color, blue. I get an extra starch and a half a protein. Everything else stayed the same as the gold plan. They think since I increased my exercise that I am not eating enough to lose weight. Whoever even understands that???? I sure do not.....We will see, wish me luck that I can stay motivated to do this. I have been trying to get out of the 170's for A LONG TIME....
