Well,
I am at a platau.
I'm losing inches but not so pounds.
I also haven't been following my diet as closely as I should though I am working out much more.....

I might chance my strategy going forwad to get to my next goal of 140lbs. Any suggestins out there?

Remember that You On a Diet reminds us that inches are just as important as pounds and when we hit those bumps in the road to recognize them and get back on track. Hey, I got to my goal size before my weight size so hang in there and KEEP GOING FORWARD!

I lost inches around the glut and lower torso. What an incredible feeling being able to wear size 12 pants and be out of the women's section. still would like to loose between 20-25 lbs. I come to realized that everything don't come overnight; just keep doing what you're doing.
