Lost some weight but I am feeling impatient and what is my problem? I need to just think nice and slow and the other important thing is to just go to the gym. My big problem is that I don't want to go to the gym and I know it is the best answer. Also, if I am at home I tend to eat too much and be lazy. I have to make sure I hit those weights. I am not really worried about being big and buff just get my conditioning down and lift weights to get in better condition. I have a tendency after being on the treadmill for an hour to just want to skip the weight training and I feel that is a mistake.

Do your lifting first it only takes 30 min and you will build the muscle that will help burn more calories even when your sleeping. remember MUSCLE Burns FAT!! Looking at your food intake where is your protein? Try to eat some lean protein with every meal. I know it sounds hard and some days it is but try to make it your focus. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
