Okay, I have derailed my diet and I have been on a binge for almost a month. It is time I settle down and get back to what really works for me.....I really miss the successes I experienced while on the Fat Flush plan. My sister's 50th birthday party is next week and I thought I would be much smaller than I currently am. I am shopping today for the right foods in the house and plan to weigh in on Saturday. I am not ready to face the music today-I can tell by the way my clothes are fitting that I have gained weight.
