I have done an outstanding job today, despite a few glitches. I decided to ride my bike, but it was SO hard to pedal that after 10 minutes, I thought I was gonna die! I think something is wrong with my bike! lol I drank 8 glasses of water. :) I also walked 3700 steps before I broke my pedometer. I bought a new one so hopefully tomorrow I can walk my 10,000 steps! I also stayed under my calories. yay! And by the way..why do shorts come in Large 12-14 and medium is 8-10. I wear a 10-12! All my shorts are too big! Med. are tight on the boodie!
