So Iam going to the beach (river) today IN A SWIM SUIT!(not board shorts and a tank top) for the first time in I don't know how long! I feel so much better losing 19lb & I can't wait for then next 20 to come off. I am so motivated today and completely over whinning about what I can't have. I had a deli sandwich the other day and discovered that not eating bread really wasn't a big deal, I could have just had the stuff in it and I would have not missed a thing! This WOE is perfect and when I need something different, I can always come here for a new recipe and change it up a bit! This is AWESOME and I feel AWESOME today!
