Good Morning! I am still in a stall today. Thurs 248.0 Fri 248.2 Sat 248.0 Sun 248.6 and this morning 247.8. Maybe it is starting to come down again. All I know is that I probably need to steer away from the atkins bars. Saturday I had a chocolate chip granola Atkins Advantage bar and the next morning up over a half a pound! I know I am just in a little plateau and the weight will start moving again. This weekend I cleaned my room! Last weekend I tackled the baby room, this weekend it was my room. I put away all the winter clothes and made room in the closet and I threw away a bunch of clothes too. All of my labs for biology are due today by midnight. I just found out how to get into the labs Sunday! I was stressed so bad but the labs turned out to be super easy and I only have one more to do this afternoon. I had a great weekend - went shopping and I can fit into a size 22! Yay!!!

Amanda, congrats on the size 22! That is awesome. Sory that you have hit this small plateau, but it'll start moving again. It is really hard though when you have been moving right along, and all of a sudden it slows down to a creep! I don't do the Atkins bars at all any more. It just isn't worth the stall that it puts me in! I had the same thing happen the last time I ate one, and it is the only gain that I have posted since I started on Jan uary 24th. So I decided no more for this girl! Sounds like you had quite a prouctive weekend. It is surely amazing the energy we now have, isn't it? Great job with the labs. Hope your week is awesome!

If you've done your journal/food entries well, any time you hit a stall/plateau, got back to a week when you did really well. Do that week and the week before it over again and usually, you'll get the scale moving again! Good luck!
