Oh no, no more Atkins bars for me. I know it had to be the granola bar but I am up .6 in weight. I have been stalling at 248.0 for 3 days and I was hoping this morning would be the morning I see it drop and I got up to find 248.6!!!!!! I refuse to let this get me down. I was looking back at my weight loss history from when I did Atkins in 2007 and I went for 9 days without a loss and then dropped 2 pounds. I have been losing so rapidly I'm sure my body is in a period of recovery right now. I won't let it get me down because 40 pounds lighter is a wonderful feeling and I am enjoying being the size I am now. I am so happy when I slip on my jeans and they are loose or I try on a pair of capri's that didn't fit in May and they fit now. It is a wonderful feeling and I'm going to enjoy it. Well I have a ton and I do mean a ton of school work to do today so I better get with it this morning. All of my labs are due today and I just found out how to log into the labs online. It is my fault. It was right there in one of the teacher's e-mails - I just missed it. Now they are do tomorrow and I can't even get started because the site is down. I am hoping it will start working later today. If not I have until midnight tomorrow.
