Diario de jadenc, 20 abr. 08

Alright day 3 and today was pretty tough. I have been eating allll day long but it never seemed like i was getting full. i woke up late, ate chicken salad for lunch, tuna for snack, greek salad for supper, and now boiling eggs for a snake tonight. But even though i ate alot, it always seemed like i was hungry... my body must be cravings for some oh sweet carbs. But i won't give up! I can do this.

It will get better, just do not give in! Stay true and those cravings WILL subside!

You CAN do this! Just think how far you have come already! It will get easier...I promise!

The cravings will go away... keep up with the protein, especially if you are still hungry. Eat some protein with every meal or snack and you'll be not have such a hard time with being hungry. You should find that your stomach will get a bit smaller as well, with starting to fill up more with proteins and healthy veggies. Keep up the hard work! You're first three days are looking GREAT!

Good to see you back on here!! You have done it before, I know you can do it again. I am here trying to reverse the damage I did over the past month. Amazing how much damage you can do so fast! But we know how to fix it.
