I thought today was going to be tough, since it is my first "official" day starting Atkins. It was so much easier then I expected. There was only one time that I thought of going to the vending machine for a piece of chocolate, but I took a walk and the urge went away. If the rest of my week goes this great, I will be extatic!!

I think you'll be excited. I'm on my second week, tons of energy all day long, and the lower the carbs the less hungry you get. If you start getting too many carbs not knowing it, you'll start getting hungry even after you've ate.
