So, I think I'm going to try really hard this week to do either a shake or a bar a day, but not both and see if that will help with this stall. Ive been able to do both with no issues up until now. But I'm wondering if I move on to the next phase if it will jolt my body with doing something different to help it push pass this. I dont know, anyone have any ideas?
