So, I think I'm going to try really hard this week to do either a shake or a bar a day, but not both and see if that will help with this stall. Ive been able to do both with no issues up until now. But I'm wondering if I move on to the next phase if it will jolt my body with doing something different to help it push pass this. I dont know, anyone have any ideas?

Hi There It might help you to reduce your calories if you can by 500. I don't know how tall you are so I threw in that figure. Also try to watch your Sodim intake. Causes fluid retention. It worked for me the last time I had a long plateau. I'm just coming back again as I was off the program since December due to illness. Wish you well & Good Luck To You

Thankyou for the advice. Those were things I hadnt considered. I have managed to finally break the plateau, but next time I will definitely consider the sodium and calories.
