I've been "off the wagon" for the past few weeks, which shows from my food and exercise diary. Unfortunately Chocolate, Basmati Rice and High Fat foods have entered my diet and whilst my weight has not increased I DON'T FEEL GOOD!!!!!
But as of yesterday after a few nice comments from my work colleagues "I'm back on the wagon" and want to lose my extra 3.5lbs by the end of March ;0)
